LASER CUTTING

Thanks to 2 MAZAK fiber lasers, the company is capable of cutting sheet metal up to 4000×2000 with thicknesses up to 30mm.

MOULDING

We perform sheet metal bending up to 4000 mm with press
brakes up to 250 tons.

Sheet metal bending is a process that imparts a permanent shape to metal through targeted pressure. This technique relies on the properties of various metals. In sheet metal bending, knowledge of the elasticity properties of metals is crucial; the material must be sufficiently malleable to avoid fractures near the bend.

    ROBOTIZED BENDING AREAS:

    The company has 2 robotic bending islands capable of handling large production batches,
    optimizing delivery times. It is able to bend up to a maximum length of 1500 and up to 50 tons.

    METAL STAMPING

    The company performs stamping with mechanical
    presses up to 300 tons on:

    WASHING/CLEANING

    The Padoin company, in order to achieve the best from its production,
    devotes several cycles of ultrasonic cleaning in the manufacturing processes,
    with a special focus on ecology. We use environmentally friendly products
    with low environmental impact.
